Flights

The detailed flight form captures everything you need at the airport.

Fields

• Airline name + IATA code (e.g. Ryanair / FR)
• Flight number (e.g. 1234)
• From / To IATA + airport name (e.g. MEL → FCO)
• Schedule date, departure and arrival times (local airport time)
• Terminal, gate, seat
• PNR / booking reference, fare class, baggage allowance
• Price, currency, booking URL, status

Where to find it

• Trip → Itinerary → tap + → pick Flight → Use detailed flight form
• Direct: /trip/<tripId>/flight
• Edit an existing flight: open it from the Next leg card on Today.

Live status

The form generates a Flightradar24 link from airline IATA + flight number, plus quick-launch links to Ryanair, EasyJet, ITA Airways, Wizz Air, Qantas, Jetstar, and Virgin Australia.

Countdown

The Next leg card on the Today screen shows a live countdown to your next flight (refreshes every minute, works offline).

Calendar (.ics) export

Tap Export .ics on the flight form to download a calendar event you can import into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

Offline

Once a trip has been pre-warmed, flight details — including transport_meta — are cached on your device and visible without internet.

Legal posture

Clubvolare is a personal vault. We do not check in, sell tickets, or guarantee flight status accuracy. Always confirm gate and terminal at the airport.
